FGB Awards Panel

Our Feel-Good panel are an independent and voluntary group of industry experts and practitioners. Their collective experience covers a wide range of areas across multiple sectors. All those involved in the selection process are reminded of the key criteria for Feel-Good Brands, and they are not allowed to vote for any organisation with whom they have any direct association.

Shifra Cook

Offering a unique combination of evidence-based trend investigation with a rigorous approach to market research, Shifra works with brands to optimise their relationship with their current and future audiences. She delivers insight that nurtures new ways to understand your customers before you invest in innovation.

Jonathan Kirk

An experienced brand consultant and speaker, Jonathan’s senior roles have included New Business Director of Fitch, the global brand design group, and Business Development Director of Havas EHS. He is a member of the DBA’s Experts Register and is a frequent conference speaker and trade press contributor.

Will Smithard

Will trained as a Management Consultant and spent a number of years delivering programme management practices as Global Business Account Manager for Major Events at Deloitte. Will is currently Strategic Projects Director for ukactive, where he’s committed to improving the health of the nation through promoting active lifestyles.

Jenny Tschiesche

Jenny is one of the UK's leading nutrition experts and the founder of Lunchbox Doctor. She aims to educate and enhance people’s quality of life through her nutrition programmes and workshops. As a well-respected voice on nutrition, Jenny is regularly asked to contribute to press, radio and TV channels, including ITV, Sky and BBC.

Emma Hetherington

Emma is a passionate advocate of powerful customer engagement. Following a 15 year career in BBC Network Radio, she has combined editorial and communication skills to inspire well-being brands. With her insight-driven approach, Emma has overseen a diverse range of projects, launching weight-loss programmes to developing pioneering health apps.

Andy Brattle

As an experienced brand marketing specialist, Andy works with clients to ensure they deliver a consistent brand experience across the board. In his role as Director at Beyond, he spends his days helping ‘Feel-Good Brands’ to really understand their target audience and to improve their position in the marketplace.

Adam Graham

Adam is CEO of The Marketing Group, the rapidly expanding global marketing network. Prior to his current role Adam managed several digital agencies, including Weapon7 and Saint. Adam also serves on the board of the IPA (Institute of Practitioners in Advertising).

Ruth Marshall-Johnson

Ruth is a cultural researcher, speaker and start-up mentor. She specialises in identifying, and explaining, the relationship between cultural development and consumer behaviour, translating research into highly effective consumer strategy for brands and organisations.
