Founded in 2014, Paul Brown created BOL out of a passion for good food. Growing up with an interest in sport and a family in the food industry, nutritious meals have always been at the heart of his life. Using his upbringing as a driving force, Paul created BOL with the aim to get more people eating more vegetables, and consuming less meat.
