British Military Fitness
British Military Fitness is serious fun. The classes take place in UK parks up and down the country. Each session lasts an hour, from warm-up and cardio to strength training and cool-down. The classes are open to people of all abilities, but members are encouraged to work hard and push their limits.
The business was founded in 1999 by Major Robin Cope and Sergeant Harry Sowerby. The idea was to create an alternative to traditional gym and fitness centres. The aim was to give everyone a fun and effective form of training using professional skills and experience in military fitness.
