Joe & Seph’s are a family business who launched in 2010 with a mission to produce the best tasting popcorn in the world. The family’s passion for popcorn stemmed from Joe’s regular business trips from the UK to USA, where he would return laden with flavoured popcorn as gifts.

Soon realising there was no UK alternative, and being inundated every trip with requests to bring back more popcorn, he deiced to try and make his own version, but even better! After retiring, Joe started experimenting with his own corn creations, and after many late night tasting sessions in the family kitchen, Joe, his wife Jackie and their eldest son Adam debuted their popcorn at the BBC Food Show in 2010; within two days Joe & Seph’s sold out, and shortly after they achieved their first prestigious retail listing.

What makes this premium popcorn brand stand out? Instead of popping corn using the common oil and sugar method, Joe & Seph’s use a healthier technique called air-popping; this transforms their extra large “mushroom” kernels into a treat that is better both in texture and taste. Handmade in London by a small team of pastry chefs, they use all natural ingredients to create sophisticated flavours that unlock on the palate at different intervals as you’re eating the popcorn. Their extensive range currently boasts over 40 sweet and savoury flavours, and with new innovative combinations in the pipeline the choice is set to expand even further.
