Ombar is on a mission to create chocolate that you can feel good about. Through harnessing the natural superfood status of raw cacao, they create nourishing bars that don’t compromise on taste. Founded in 2007 by three friends, Richard, Jim and Mike, Ombar has grown from a kitchen in Cambridge to producing chocolate world-wide.
Cacao is packed full of antioxidant compounds called flavanoids that help maintain a healthy blood flow; keeping it raw retains this goodness and means Ombar can deliver chocolate with up to six times more flavonoid content than that of standard non-raw bars.
